Cash out ZEC to a payment app
zcashto.cash converts ZEC into Base USDC, then lets you create a Peer cashout to a supported payment app and currency.
Current Cash Out capabilities can include Revolut, Mercado Pago, Zelle, Monzo, Alipay, and Chime. A Peer taker sends fiat to the selected payment account and proves the transfer. The final payment is fiat in that app, not ZEC.
Account and privacy boundaries
zcashto.cash does not ask you to upload an identity document. You connect a wallet and use an existing payment app. Wallet, routing, and payment-app providers still apply their own account, compliance, and data requirements.
The current funding route uses a one-time transparent Zcash address. Amount and timing are public on Zcash, and the connected Base wallet is public on Base. Funding from shielded inputs does not reveal the shielded sender address in public Zcash data.
Frequently asked questions
Can I cash out ZEC to Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App?
Those destinations are not currently enabled in the zcashto.cash Cash Out API. Use only a payment app shown in the live form; do not send ZEC based on an older guide or announcement.
Can I buy ZEC with Cash App or PayPal?
Yes, when the Buy form shows a live quote for your amount and currency. New Venmo Buy orders are paused. The payment buys ZEC from a peer rather than inside the payment app.
Which payment apps can I use to cash out ZEC?
Current capabilities can include Revolut, Mercado Pago, Zelle, Monzo, Alipay, and Chime. The live Cash Out form is authoritative for availability and currency support.
